user permissions for multisite

  1. How do we manage which users can do what with gravity forms? We run WordPress multi-site with a variety of users, some of whom will need to create forms. We also need to be sure that we can use separate notification destinations and have segregated records of responses.

While Gravity Forms does work on WordPress multi-site, each site is separate, so all forms, notifications and the like will all be site specific. There is no central control of permissions, no shared database tables. Everything is segregated.

  3. Thanks. Within a site, however, you can use different notification destinations for different forms, correct?

That's correct, exactly the same as if you were using it on a single site install.
