User registration in conjunction with Members and Subscribe2 plugins - query

    Hi, wondering if anyone has any experience they can share to help me past an issue?

    I'm using Members and Subscribe2 plugins and want new users to be automatically subscribed to the appropriate category subscription, dependant on which user reg form they completed. Not sure if this is possible?

    I've created the roles with read and read_private_pages capabilities, and have the registration forms working assigning the relevant role. Subscribe2 appears to handle only one level of automatic subscription?

    Any help anyone?

    Have never used Subscribe2. You would probably have to see how Subscribe2 adds users to a subscription and then write custom code so that when the user is created it then adds the appropriate category subscriptions. It's going to require custom code and i'm not aware of any existing examples of people doing this but anything is possible via hooks and custom code.
