User Registration No longer working.

  1. We have a couple of forms that are tied into user creation that were working a few days ago. But it seems that you guys have done a series of updates over the past few days and registrations wondering if any one has noticed any other issues.

We have 3 different forms that we have created. The form validates. It also does an ajax submit and gives our response. But no user is added to the system and the gform_user_registered hook is not fired.

  3. Looks like when I preview the form (from preview link within the admin). Everything works as it should. I see the form entry (registration is disabled at the moment). BUT when the form is in a page and we are utilizing the shortcode the entry doesn't happen.

  4. You can mark this as resolved. Found an issue with the honeypot being affected by one of our developers code. You can mark this as resolved.

  5. I am closing this support forum post as you have opened up a Priority Support request for this. There are no known issues with the User Registration Add-On or the latest versions of it or Gravity Forms. So it's either a new bug or a site specific issue. Either way we will need to debug this on your site. We will respond via your Priority Support request.

  6. This issue has been resolved. It was caused by custom code on the users site.
