Waiting for license key and forum access

I bought Gravity Forms ten days ago. The registration email I got consisted of a database error instead of a registration key. I emailed and was told that it would be taken care of. I've emailed 3-4 times since then, no further replies, and still do not have the key or forum access (I am using my paypal email address to log into the forum).

This is unfortunate because I've been very pleased with the plugin itself, which is clean, well laid out, and easy to use, but I feel like I've been left hanging here.

Thank you very much, Carl, I appreciate the quick response. I'm a cforms convert and so far Gravity is so much easier and more friendly to use. And the data/admin emails we are getting back from completed forms is just superb.
