Welcome email from Mailchimp not sending after Gravity form registration

    I have a gravity form set up on this page: http://my-mobile-advantage.com/eldridge-communications/. I have the mailchimp add on and have a feed set to pull from this form into a list in mailchimp (through the wordpress backend). That feed is set up to be a single opt-in and the "send welcome email" box is checked. However, no welcome email is being sent. I have done this in the past with no problem, so not sure what the issue is....

    Here's what's going on:
    Once it's submitted, the entry shows in gravity forms, and it shows in the mailchimp list. But the welcome email that we have set up is never sent. This is VERY important that the user gets this as it has valuable information about our client's company and the emails they will be receiving. I tried to talk to Mailchimp and they said it is an issue with you guys. Please help!!

    Do you have any hooks or filters on this form? Are you sure the checkbox is set up correctly in Gravity Forms?

    Has it never worked on this form? I would be willing to log in and take a look if you e-mail me an admin account user/pass to peralty@rocketgenius.com

    I just added you as an admin. I don't think there are any hooks or filters on the form. The checkbox is set up correctly and I got a few of the emails but not all of them (like 2 out of 5 or 6 different emails), but they came kinda late, and the other ones, not at all

    I've looked, and everything looks perfect in terms of Gravity Forms. I can't see anything that would stop the welcome e-mail from being triggered. When MailChimp said that it was on our end, did they give any information that could help target the issue?

    I've gone ahead and submitted my own information (peralty@rocketgenius.com) can you delete it when you have a moment? When I submitted it, I received an e-mail back but it went in spam:
