How to Add Authorize.Net?

  1. How to I get Auth.net into my form? It has to be a simple step, unless I have a bad download.
    Thanks,
    Terry

You've created a form with a products and a total.
You then go to the Authorize.net Add-on page under Froms -> Authorize.net
You add a feed to connect your form to Authorize.net

That should be all you need. Let us know what you are experiencing.

So when trying to set-up the feed, you select your form, and it should show fields so you can tie name in Gravity Forms to name in Authorize.net. Is this not the case with your install?

  7. i did the field mapping and saved everything. It looks like it goes thru, no errors, but it is not on the 2 forms I put it on.

  8. For authorize.net you have to have a credit card field in the form, and you need to have an SSL certificate installed and access the site over HTTPS. The customer will enter the credit card into your form, and Gravity Forms will send that to authorize.net behind the scenes.

I'm getting a "There was an error processing your credit card. Please verify the information and try again." error.

Will payments not go through if I don't have an SSL certificate installed?

    Thanks,
    Andy

  11. This issue was that Authorize.net was requiring the phone number, but none was being sent by Gravity Forms. The solution was to go into the Authorize.net account and click:

Account > Payment Form > Form Fields

and then proceed to disable all the required fields in the billing section.
