Won't submit on front-end, cycle icon showing forever on multipage form

    Hi,
I'm getting a strange behaviour when registering a new user via gravity forms. It happens when submitting the form. The user is created anyways, but the forms ajax submitting loads forever (I'm using multipage form), the last page (100%) is not showing up.

    Any idea?

  3. Please provide a URL for the page where your form is embedded so we can see the problem.

It is typically a jQuery or JavaScript error causing a conflict on your site. You can being troubleshooting by checking for theme and plugin conflicts using the instructions found here: http://rkt.gs/testing

Ok, seems like Buddypress is causing this issue. If deactivated, everything works as expected. If activated, it loads forever (as described).

Any solutions for this issue? Gravity forms is sold as buddypress compatible as it could theoretically handle buddypress custom user-meta. But currently it won't work on our site.

  6. You will need to see what it is about BuddyPress that is causing the conflict. What version of BuddyPress, WordPress and Gravity Forms are you currently using?

Also, with the conflicting plugins activated, please post a URL to your site where we can see the problem first hand.

Dunno what the problem was, after Rob's suggestion I've downloaded 1.5 beta of the user registratin plugin. Everything works fine now (alongside with an other bug, buddypress user meta wasn't stored correctly).

    Thanks!
