Would GF work with "Facepress" theme's front end uploader?

I've purchased the "Facepress" theme from Themeforest found here:
    http://themeforest.net/item/facepress-community-content-sharing/1861805

One feature the theme includes is a front end content uploader found here (you may have to use your Facebook login to play with it) which I'd like to exclusively have members use:
    http://freetotry.me/facepress/submit/

It's a pretty simple, straight-forward uploader. However, I'd like to add some additional fields such as "Authenticity," "Country of Origin," "Release Date," etc. (The intent of this site/theme is for collectors to share details of their collectables which would include fields like that.)

This is where I think Gravity Forms can save the day. However, would it be compatible with that theme's front end upload page? I'm not sure what type of information I need/could provide to check if it would be compatible.

Thanks for the help and information.

  2. Gravity Forms has it's own way of creating/submitting post content using our post fields that's actually really similar in terms of content to this theme's way of doing it. As far as I know, these two pieces would be independent of each other, so you'd have to pick one over the other.

Yes, but the problem you'll have is that Facepress not only allows users to submit content from the front end but to edit it also.

Gravity Forms does not, at least not without some tedious customisation.

We contacted the author of Facepress but his answers were short and not very clear, and they were unwilling to do any customisations. So, pretty useless really.

That'a great news on the user profile front, but I guess we're getting one step nearer post editing from the front end?
