the {all fields} is perfect.
What would be even better than perfect... would be to have {all fields xml} as an additional option to have the fields formatted in xml.
bonus round:
{all fields xml gravity name} (would use internal name so that changes to fields would not mess with xml output)
{all fields xml field name} (would change when fields names are edited)
Then we could parse the email and create workflows.
