With the new Conditional Logic for the Submit Button in 1.3.13 Beta I made my form on this page (http://scottwyden.com/services) to only show the submit button when Photography is not selected. Yet somehow I have already gotten to submissions of spam which have only Photography selected. Is this a bug? Is it a bot doing it somehow?

It has to be a bot of some sort. It's probably programmatically submitting the form. The submit button is only hidden via javascript, just like the conditional logic fields. I have noted the issue and we will look into how we can correct this before the final release.
