1.5RC4.2 pricing fields not being submitted with form

I've set up a reimbursement request form (http://www.newhopefortmyers.org/giving/payment-request/) using the new pricing fields (running 1.5RC4.2), and on the front end, everything works perfectly, adding up totals, etc. However, none of the pricing fields go through to the actual entry, or email that is submitted. In the email, the product total shows as $0.00 but the total doesn't show at all in the entry in the back end. I've tried setting up the pricing fields both as products and as donations (this was my first option I tried because I didn't realize you could do user defined prices on products). I'm wondering if I'm missing something obvious, but I can't see anything. Can anyone help? Much appreciated.

Loving the RC, btw--have set it up for several form options on this site!

  2. We'd have to take a look at your form setup, etc. If you can send us a WordPress admin login via our Contact Us form and reference this post we can take a look.

  4. We have looked into this issue and it stumped us for a bit until we realized what is going on.

There was a bug in an earlier development release of 1.5 that caused this issue. Because the form was originally created when you were running the earlier release, the field wasn't added properly because of the bug. So when you upgraded to 1.5 RC4.2, despite the fact we had corrected the bug in the updated release, your field still had the issue because it only fixes new fields going forward.

What you need to do is simply delete the Product fields that are having the issue and add new Product fields to your form and then save your form. So replacing those 3 Product Fields with new ones that do the same thing should correct the issue.

  6. Seems like this bug was fixed for products but not for options.
