v1.6.12 & v1.7b2 conditional logic when passing parameters

    Hello,
I have a homepage with a button that links to a page with a form that is to be dynamically populated upon clicking the button. That part works; if someone clicks Schedule a Tour button from the homepage, the contact form in the corresponding page has the Schedule a Tour checkbox already marked with the date picker (with conditional logic) visible. Now, when Schedule a Tour selection is unchecked, the date fields do not hide. I made the date required if Schedule a Tour is checked but since it does not hide and the Schedule a Tour is not checked, it's no longer required. Other condition logic fields still appear/hide as selections get checked/unchecked. Schedule a Tour conditional logic works fine if no parameters were used.

Is there a better way to pass parameters without having it interfere with form functions?
