1.7beta2: custom merge tags aren't replaced in Default Value fields

    Built in merge tags (eg {ip}) are replaced appropriately in Default Values for fields. Custom merge tags are not (the merge tag is displayed, eg {my_custom_merge_tag}).

    I am experiencing the same problem. Trying to make the default value of a single line field the value of another form field entered earlier in the form, but the form submission just spits back the merge tag at me, not the value.
