Ok I got that all squared away but now I am only getting 1 email notification with a 2 page form. I want t to get 1 email per page. First one being the customers info and the second being a email telling me to contact them for an appointment. I have my email setup in the notification menu for each page. What am I doing wrong?

To clarify, is this a single form using the multi-page field or is this two separate forms that you are using redirection to go from form 1 to form 2?

Ok it's working. It was sending to first form to junk mail and not the second? Thanks guys.
