2 sidebar forms - both submit at same time

    I have 2 different forms in the sidebar of a site. I used the tabindex shortcode addition to fix the tabbing issue, but now I have another problem: When the user completes one or the other form, both submit and show the confirmation message.

    The site is still in Coming Soon mode, so I can't share a URL, but I can share creds with a developer who can help. Thanks!

    Are these two forms unique - meaning two completely different forms with their own IDs or is it the same form placed twice?

    Rob - Thank you. Each instance was referencing the same form ID. So happy it was such an easy fix!
