24 hours time field?

    I live in Germany and here we mostly use to write the time like 18:30
    I found the style to remove the am/pm on the side of the time field.
    But how can I allow my users to write the time like 18:30 instead of 6:30?

    The impending 1.6 version has an enhanced time field, including a 24 hour format:
