500 - Internal server error after installing

  1. Hi Guys,

    just bought and installed your pluggin and can't get to anything, settings, forms, anything. Getting a 500 error

  2. The HTTP 500 error is a server error. So, it would be logged by your server. You can check with your web host to find out how to access your server logs to look at that error. Just log the time/day of when you make it happen then look at the server logs.

    It's possible it's a plugin conflict that is causing it.

    To test for a plugin conflict:

    - Deactivate ALL plugins
    - Activate Gravity Forms
    - Check to see if the issue occurs

    If it does not, then one of your plugins is causing a with Gravity Forms. To narrow it down follow the steps below:

    - Activate each plugin one by one
    - Check to see if the issue occurs after each one
