Access Form Created On Main Site From WPMS Child Site?

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to create a form on the main wordpress website in a multi-site install and be able to access this same form while creating a new page on any of the child sites created. This would basically use the same form (created on the host site) across all child sites in order to better manage all of the entries each child site would be placing into the database. Hopefully this would provide a way to manage all of the DB entries for all of the child sites from one location (the host site) instead of trying to manage them from 100's if not 1000's of websites.

    Thanks

  2. The way multi-site works each site is it's own site in WordPress. Forms can't be shared across sites. They each have their own database tables associated with them. How we would like to address this in the future is via an Add-On that lets you embed forms anywhere, but it's not something we have begun developing just yet.

    Hi Carl,

Has there been any options added to GF yet to control whether a forms entries are stored in the database? I sure would like the ability to stop them altogether for certain forms or on certain child sites. Or even how about a time limit that would delete entries from the database after a certain amount of time such as a week or a month.

Would there be a way to use an Iframe or something similar to use the form created on the host site on the child sites?

    Thanks
