I have purchased the personal license activated gravity forms and uploaded my support key. I also have created a page with a user submission form with post custom fields and a page to view the submissions. Whenever I try to view either page however I get the following message "please provide a valid activation key"

Does this mean I need to upgrade my license or is there something else wrong?

This doesn't sound like a Gravity Forms message, do you also have BuddyPress installed?

It sound's like BuddyPress may not be correctly configured however I am not all that familiar with it so I can't say for sure.

Do you know of a guide on setting up buddypress correctly? That way I can resolve this issue?

You will want to try their forums here: http://buddypress.org/support/ and their documentation here: http://codex.buddypress.org/user/setting-up-a-new-installation/

I don't believe buddypress is the issue since I can view all other pages and can signup and login. I just can't view the gravity form pages I created and am told to enter a valid activation key.

Can you post a link to the form so we can take a look, does the form work when previewed from the form builder. Does the same thing happen if you embed a form on a different page? It may also be worth running through the plugin/theme conflict troubleshooting steps.

Ok now it's working. For some reason once I recreated the pages it's working now. Thanks for your tips and advice
