We would like a add a field called Approval (in the Gravity Forms | Entries columns). Which will allow the admin to modify

and approve the entries in the Gravity Forms | Entries. Please advise.

  2. Do you want some sort of status field that is set by the admin when viewing the entry?

    If so...

    - Edit form
    - Add drop down field
    - Give it a field label of status
    - Enter the options (ex. Approved, Denied, etc.)
    - Select Advanced Tab
    - Set visibility to Admin Only

This field will now only appear when viewing/editing an Entry in the admin. You can then add this field to the Entry List page using the column customizer which appears on the top right of the Entry List table of entries.

  3. Hi,

I tried to do this as you said, but the status is always blank, and I can't edit it, even as an admin. I have the latest stable version of Gravity Forms installed. The field's column shows up fine, but the drop down to select Approved/Denied/etc is not showing up.

Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?

    Thanks for your help.
