Is there a way to add description inside of the field boxes.... for instance on the name fields have the first inside of the name box and the word last inside of the name box instead of on top and outside the fields ? And when you click in the box the description disappears allowing you to type in your name ect..

that is a mail chimp html form...
On the contact page , is a gravity form mapped to a mail chimp id... would like to get this form looking like the subscribe one on the link above
