Add do_actions before and after all mail notifications

    Hey guys, I've created a new plugin to integrate with the Postmarkapp.com service and part of its functionality will be allowing users to set custom From Name, From Email Address, Reply-To Name, and Reply-to Email addresses (among a bunch of other neat stuff).

    It would be *extremely* helpful if you could have some do_action hooks before and after your notification stuff so I can put in some gf specific filters for integrating the above.

    P.S. This plugin has been created for EventEspresso.com b/c we've started using Postmark for all our outgoing mail.. we're probably going to release it to wordpress.org once its done.
