Add Fields is not adding fields

  1. Hi:

I can't seem to add fields to any form I"m editing: whether it's a new one, or an existing one that I duplicated out of frustration.

There should be a form at the bottom of this page: http://modernmediajapan.com/presentation-coach/

    Just like there is here:
    http://modernmediajapan.com/coach/

I upgraded to WordPress 3.4 - could that have something to do with it? any help would be a great help, as I just sent a promotion for the service and it's easier for people to use a form.

    thanks,

    Terri

  2. Oh, sorry, I also forgot to note that I can't even save the forms: clicking 'Update Form' just hangs. This is on my MacBook Pro running Snow Leopard. The problem persists in Safari 5.0.3, Firefox 3.6.13 and Chrome 8.0.552.231.

    thanks,
    Terri

  3. This is something we would need to look at your WordPress admin in order to debug. If you can send us a WordPress admin login via our Contact Us form and reference this forum post we can take a look. It's most likely a theme or plugin javascript conflict.
