I have created and activated a form. Then I create a page, and click on the "Add Gravity Form" ... and select my form name from the drop down, and click "Insert Form" but nothing happens.
If I leave the drop-down at "Select a Form" it does throw a "Please select a form" error.
I can close the "Add Gravity Form" box, but clicking "Insert Form" does nothing.
I am running WP3.01 on Firefox 3.6.9.
