Add form to a different single post template

  1. I'm using the Single Post Template:
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/single-post-template

This works in the same way as creating a page template, but with posts. Is it possible to send a form's info to one of these templates instead of the default single.php?

  2. I'm not sure what you mean by send a forms info to one of these templates instead of the default single.php? You embed the form in the post content, so there is no reason why it wouldn't work with the single post template plugin which just adds support for post templates.
