  2. It is possible to upload an image, however currently there is no way to use Gravity Forms to automatically insert the image into the Post Body as the Post Body is created using another field.

It is possible to modify your theme to display the image (if it exists) by using the post image functionality. This would require adding code to your theme that checks for the presence of a gallery image for that post, and displaying the first one if it exists.

The other option is to moderate the posts and insert the image manually in WordPress as you approve and publish the posts.

We do have ideas on how to make this possible using Gravity Forms and will hopefully introduce those ideas in an upcoming release.

  3. Hi Carl, this would be a very good feature to improve for the next version. It would be even better if we could have some control over the image (ex: max size, resolution, etc..)

Definitely something I will keep my eye on!

maybe we can set rules from the .php file (if it's possible) and not on the plugin options page.

  5. You can always use the built in gallery functionality to display the post image. You can set the gallery image size in the settings or can use something like the Cleaner Gallery plugin to add more advanced options to the gallery.

There was a similar solution in the following thread that you might find helpful.

works perfectly for the site i am working on right now. it's basically a clone of 'fmylife' or the drunk txt msg site but for people who take public transportation.... posting stories, pictures, etc.
