Add Likert styles and code to core

    I love the likert capability detailed here: http://www.rocketgenius.com/survery-style-multiple-choice-fields-with-gravity-forms/

    I use them lots of places just to dress up a form a little. It would be really nice to have these styles and the likert.js script included as core capability if you have the chance.
