    Hi,
I am creating a Career's form in which the user have to submit their marital status and if they have children then they have to enter their names, age and gender.
Can i have it likes this, that if a user select 4 children, then 4 input fields (name, age and gender) appears for each individual ?

    Thanks

  2. There is no built in way to do this with Gravity Forms but it's been requested before. I will move this topic to feature requests so it does not get lost. Thanks for the suggestion.

You could use the list type field, which allows a "plus one" functionality to add a new row. Read more about "List Field" here:
