Add option to limit the characters that are displayed in reCaptcha

  1. I would love it if there was an option to limit the characters that are displayed in reCaptcha. The default reCaptcha setting used by Gravity Forms can result in very hard to read images. So... it would be nice if there was a way to make it so that special characters were not displayed or only lowercase letter or what have you.

  2. reCaptcha is a free, third party service that is simply integrated into Gravity Forms. There aren't too many options available and at this point and I'm not aware of any options currently available to limit the characters or otherwise manipulate the output.

There is now an option to integrate with the Really Simply Captcha plugin. If you have it installed, you can choose to use it instead of the reCaptcha field. It's less obtrusive and you can customize it a bit more as well.

  3. Thanks for letting me know about that other plugin - I'm trying that out now.
