Adding a field to a multiple choice or checkbox choices

    I was wondering if it was posible to add a text field into a multiple choice or checkbox choice. For example I would like to offer these two choices "Yes, I have a website and the address is _______" and "No, I do not have a website" and have the user fill in the field for their website address.

    You cant do that, but you could have the yes/no multiple choice field and if yes, use the conditional logic feautre to display a website field below it. If they choose no, the field will remain hidden.
