Is there an easy way to add a third notification email to Gravity Forms?

You can't add a complete third notification but you can use a comma delimited list of e-mail addresses to send multiple e-mail notifications out. So something like:
email1@address.com,email2@address.com in your To field of a notification would do the trick.

Gravity Forms only has two built-in notification sections. One for Administrators, and one for Users. There is no third notification section to send a different/unique message. You would have to program that customization outside of Gravity Forms to send another e-mail notification message.
