I have 2 issues:
1. Is it possible adding an editor to the body field? is so, how?
2. After i click 'submit' for publishing a post - the post does appear on the site, but nothing really happens when i hit the Submit button. so users might get confused. There should be a Thank You messgae, or page should redirect...

To troubleshoot #2, please provide a link to the page on your site where the form is embedded so we can take a look.
For #1, you can add a WYSIWYG editor to a post body field. However, it's not a feature of Gravity Forms. There is a 3rd party add-on which claims to do this http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gravity-forms-wysiwyg/
