Adding an image to form error

    Im using a HTML block to add an <img src="... /> tag to display an image in my form but I keep getting a problem when saving.

    It says contact support and my HTML entry is not saved.

    Can anyone please advise on why or if I am doing it wrong? How else can I add an image?

    I've tried the CSS name method with no luck also.

    Try using single quotes in the HTML and see if that makes a difference.
