i have a plugin that is sending the form to a third party, but only want certain forms to use that plugin. can you direct me to general instructions on how to add options to the Advanced Tab in Form Settings.
I want to add a checkbox to enable/disable the plugin for the specific form similar to the CapsuleCRM plugin.

A revision of my previous question
I am trying to add a custom option at the form editor page under Form Settings > Advanced. I have been able to add a checkbox field but unable to save and retrieve its value for when the form editor page is accessed again. I have also looked into the documentation but could not make much of the code. A sample code snippet to achieve this would be great.
What code are you using thus far? Please share that at pastebin.com or pastie.org so we can see what you are doing currently.
