Adding conditional logic on Section break makes form blank

    We have a form with a top section, and the first question in that section has two choices in its drop down. After the first section there are three other sections that either need to show or be hidden depending on the choice made in that first question. If I apply conditional logic to any of the section headers (2-4) the form shows up completely. While doing edits if I "preview" my changes the form works perfectly but as soon as I update the form it no longer shows up on the live site.

    Any ideas what is going on? Thanks!

  3. Can you pleased post a link to your form online?

    Are these problems occurring with WordPress 3.5 and the very latest Gravity Forms 1.6.10.1?

    Can you try updating to the latest Gravity Forms and checking to see if that fixes your issue, as we made changes to Gravity Forms to reduce errors with the latest version of JQuery.

  6. @elinet, I just tested your form and the conditional logic for the "Tipo di socia" drop down is working as I expect it to.

    @Chris Hajer,
    works partially, does not come out all the elements influenced the choice "type scoio".
    As I suggested, if you open the console javascript jquery error is signaled.

    @David Peralty: the last version of gravity forms is the 1.6.10?
    Because my installation is already updated to this version ..

  8. The latest is 1.6.10.1 - please update to that version as it contains JavaScript fixes for WordPress 3.5 compatibility and might fix this conditional logic error.

    I tested the form with Chrome, Opera, Firefox, and Explorer 8 ..
    Unfortunately, in "explorer 8" the problem persists ..

    Sorry for the late reply. The form I am trying to work with is this: http://www.sanantoniopetsalive.org/?page_id=1698

    I have WP 3.5 and Gravity Forms 1.6.11

    If I add conditional logic to "ABOUT YOUR ANIMAL EXPERIENCES" and put Show this field if All of the following match: "I am applying" to is "Foster for SAPA!" it makes the entire form show up blank.

    Thanks for any advice you can give to fix this

  12. We will need to see it with conditional logic applied. Please duplicate the form if you want, and add the conditional logic then embed that copy in a new page and share that link with us. We will need to see the form with conditional logic applied to help you with the conflict. Thank you.
