Adding email notification

  1. I need email notification to go to 3 places. Admin, user, and sponsor. How do I add the sponsor email. Screen shot below.

  2. Here is how I would do it.

    Option 1
    a) Click on Notifications in your for creation area (Top of the page)
    b) Select Routing
    c) Add email addresses.

    Option 2
    Create an email account called groupname@yourdomain.com and set that as your contact email in your form than have that email forward to all of the email accounts you want in the group. If you are using Google Apps it can be handled in the Groups section.

  3. I need the email to go to whatever is filled into that spot. it will have many different emails depending on location of the person filling out the form.
    Is there a short code I can put in the BCC field {other_email} ???

    You should be able to use a merge tag for the field in the BCC field to have it sent to the e-mail address in that field. http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Merge_Tags
