Adding form to wordpress page

Here's a dumb question...

I've created a form but I can't figure how to get it onto a WordPress page.

I think I should have an icon on the text edit field which would enable me to do this. But it's definitely not there.

Any light you can shed on my confusion would be much appreciated.
