Adding tax value next to total

I used this guide to add tax in the total:
    http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Gravity_Forms_Pricing:_Adding_Tax

It's working flawlessly, but currently the total is displayed as total+tax
What I want to achieve is that the total would be displayed like this (example):

    Total: 100
    Tax: 16
    Total including tax: 116

    Is this possible?

In addition, it is possible to display order summery? Example:

    Product1 - 100
    Produce2 - 100
    ----------------
    Total: 200
    Tax: 32
    ----------------
    Total with tax: 232

    Thanks in advance

  6. Hi Zuri. Sorry for the delay. Customization requests sometimes get a lower priority than support requests. After taking a crack at this, it goes beyond the support and customization advice we can give. The example provided by David Smith is comprehensive but if you need to modify the display of information (not just the totals recorded), you might need to consider getting some professional help. You can find a list of resources here:
