Adding text copy

    I searched, but the only relevant post I found is over a year old.

    I'd like to add static text to a form, that would be conditionally displayed after a multiple-choice question, along the lines of "I see you chose option A, please call or email me for assistance".

    You can use the HTML field to add freeform text or markup inline in your form. It can be shown/hidden with conditional logic just like the other fields in your form.
