I'm creating a Order Form for a companies staff to fill out on iPads while at trade shows. I have everything working correctly except for the email template. Here is the link to the form:

Each line item for example "Drapes", has a comment section. I need to link the comment text field to the product so I can call it in the get_submitted_pricing_fields function. Here is the link to the screenshot of the email template:

One idea I had which I don't know how to accomplish is, Add a single line text option to the field type for the pricing field option.
