Additional Folder To Put Forms Into (Other Than Trash/Spam)

  1. Hi,

Is it possible to create a custom folder? Currently the default folders are:

    All (0) | Unread (0) | Starred (0) | Spam (0) | Trash (0)

So I'd basically just like to be able to add a new folder if possible to put certain forms in?

No, currently there isn't a way to extend that functionality in Gravity Forms without changing core files, which we never recommend people do as it will be lost in upgrades or stop you from being able to upgrade. All my best!

  3. Thanks for the prompt reply. That's a shame. I guess I can use "starred" as an alternative.

Is there a function that can be run to change the status of a form?

This is for form entries, and not the forms themselves, and as far as I know, there isn't an easy function to do what you are asking, though if you can detail out what exactly you are trying to do, I can see what the developers think and if it is worthy of being added to our feature list.

  5. Basically I've added a new button to a form, which will take the data from the form and do stuff with it.

When I press that button, I'm wanting to add a function which will change the status of the form. In lieu of the custom folder, I would like the function to change the status to being "starred".
