Adjustment in pricefield not shown in webshop

  1. I am using grafity forms in my woothemes webshop (wordpress). http://www.dehondenriem.nl (dutch)

I need to adjust prices of my products, wich I did today in the grafity forms. Unfortunately at the frontend the new prices are not showing. I have tried several options to solve this issue, but nothing worked out. What do I need to do to make the price adjustments visible in the webshop? In the grafity forms back end the new prices are showing, but at the front end the old prices are shown.

Are you using any Caching plugin that might stop the changes you made from showing until the cache is cleared?

Can you explain more about what you are doing and lead me step by step through it? You should only have to change the value of the product in Gravity Forms for the price to show up different.

What other plugins are you using for managing your products?

  6. Thanks, that is exactly what I am doing. I am going to the 'Product Field' and I am changing the price for each label of that product. After that I save the form. In the back end, the prices are correct. But they don't show in the webshop, there are only the old prices.

    THe plugins i am using:
WooCommerce - Gravity Forms Product Add-Ons
    WooCommerce Product CSV Import Suite
    WooCommerce Product Enquiry Form

Nothing else. But I am thinking now, could it be be caused by Product CSV Import Suite?! This plugin I activated it some days ago.

Thanks in advance for your help!

  7. Yeah, it seems to work! I have deactivated the CSV plugin! I will try it for some more products and will let you know. Thanks for the 'brainstorming' :-D
