Admin images for the switches are messed up.

The enabled switches in the admin section are showing both the one and off images at once, making the interface unusable. This is my first install after purchasing, so I'm hoping this is an easy fix?

  2. I'm assuming you're talking about the active/inactive icons on the "Edit Forms" page rather than the radio inputs on the "Gravity Forms Settings" page correct?

We haven't had any reports of this before now so no "easy fix" to share with you at the moment. Its possible the install didn't complete properly. I would start by deactivating and removing the plugin, then doing a fresh install and see if that was the issue.

After that, if the problem persists, we'll have to troubleshoot from there.

Okay, deleted and reinstalled, same error.

I'm talking about all the switch images, for example: New Form > Click on "Edit" in "Untitled Form" box, then click on "Advanced" tab. The LIMIT # OF ENTRIES and SCHEDULE FORM sliders/switches are what I see both the on and off image for, if that makes sense. I can send you a login if you want to take a look.

  4. Yes, please send a login via our Contact Us form. It sounds like a plugin conflict from another plugin preventing the Gravity Forms javascript from functioning properly.

Unfortunately a lot of plugin developers do not limit their javascript output to just their plugin admin pages so when they don't do this it can cause major issues with other plugins. This is probably what is happening.

  6. Gravity Forms doesn't use graphical switches. We use plain checkboxes.

The issue is the Rocket Theme you are using is poorly developed. It's replacing all checkboxes on custom option pages added by plugins and themes with their fancy graphical switch using Javascript.

Here is the screenshot from the Rocket Theme site of the functionality, you will see it's the same switch:

Instead of limiting the javascript inclusion to ONLY their option pages they are globally adding it to all custom option pages regardless of who creates it.

I'm not 100% sure on the easy solution to remove this without hacking the RocketTheme code. You may want to contact Rocket Theme support and describe the problem, give them screenshots of the admin and explain their code is interfering in non-Rocket Theme admin pages and they need to change it so their code is only output on their admin pages.

The other option is to leave it as is, the switches do work they just don't look good because they aren't designed to work with Gravity Forms. But if I were you, i'd let Rocket Theme know whats going on so they can correct their code.
