Admin Notification not working

    Hi,

    The admin email notifications are not coming through altough the email notification to users is.

    I'm a bit stumped since it all looks fine and I've used simiar forms on many sites?

    Hi,

    The box "Enable email notification to administrators" is ticked.

    There is a valid email address (I've tried 3 email addresss)

    and I have installed the check email plugin and the site succesfully send emails but NOT to the admin user when the form is filled in.

  3. Because Gravity Forms hands the mail off to the wp_mail() function, there is not a lot we can do to affect it. It always comes down to server configuration and restrictions on the mail function, or restrictions on the receiving server's end.

    We normally recommend installing a plugin to off-load the mail delivery to an SMTP server. Have you already tried that? Here are two we have had good success with:
