  1. How can I have the administrator notification email sent from: change to the customer's email? I tried using {Email:16} but it didn't work.

Have you already figured out how to configure your notifications to come from the visitor who submitted the form?

  3. Thank you for the reply! In the "notification to administrator" section, the "From Email" dropdown only has one choice: "Email." And this choice only produces an internal email address that is pre-defined, not the customer's email address.

You do have an e-mail field on your form, correct? Also, are you using any e-mail plugins for WordPress that might be overriding your notification settings?
