Nobody else is reporting this issue and it isn't something we can replicate locally. If you send us a WordPress admin login for your site via our Contact Us form and reference those post we can take a look and see what is going on.

Hi Carl. So did you have time to make some tests on my website?
Thanks
Grégoire
What you are going to have to do is test for plugin conflicts. I would normally be able to do this myself, but as you are running a large number of Active plugins i'd feel more comfortable if you did it as I don't know all of the plugins you are running as far as settings being lost when deactivated (such as needing the Akismet key when it's reactivated, etc.).
To test for a plugin conflict:
- Deactivate ALL plugins
- Activate Gravity Forms
- Check to see if the issue occurs
If it does not, then one of your plugins is causing a with Gravity Forms. To narrow it down follow the steps below:
- Activate each plugin one by one
- Check to see if the issue occurs after each one
A way to speed this process up is instead of activating them one by one, activate them in groups... say 5 at a time... and then when you encounter a group that causes the issue to occur, deactivate that 5 and then activate them one by one and test after each one.
We can't prevent themes or plugins from causing conflicts, it's just a fact of life with WordPress themes/plugins, especially when running large numbers of them from a wide variety of sources. This can happen when the plugin or theme doesn't isolate when and where it executes code.
If it doesn't work with ALL other plugins deactivated then it sounds like a server related configuration issue. If your server runs Windows (and not linux) then your host could have changed something with how URL rewriting functions, which can cause this type of problem to occur. But it sounds more like a plugin conflict.
Let me know how it goes.
Hi Carl,
Sorry, I post this message by email first, one week ago and I think you didn't get it. Here it is:
I find the Plugin Problem for the adress field. It comes from this one:
http://tribulant.com/plugins/view/1/wordpress-newsletter-plugin
An other Premium Plugin.
What Are you going to do about that. Contact them?
If you need the plugin to have a look, I can send to you
Hi Carl
I work on an other project with both Gravity and WordPress Newsletter Plugin and I get some other problems with Paypal add on. The field didn't update when you change it. If I desactivate WordPress Newsletter Plugin, everything work well.
What can I do in this situation? Contact Tribulant Software?
Thanks
Grégoire
If we can get a copy of their plugin we can do so debugging. If you can send us a copy for debugging purposes to carl@rocketgenius.com we can take a look.
Ok Carl. Thanks a lot.
I will send you tomorrow.
Grégoire
