Advanced Conditional Logic Question

  1. I've asked a few questions already about this topic and appreciate the responses that have definitely helped.

    Here's a more complex one:

I'm creating an online registration process for a dance competition. A dance team is charged on a per person/per routine basis. (ie. they have 10 kids in 1 routine - $12 per kid = $120 for that routine, they have another routine that has 20 kids - $12 per kid = $240)

I'm using conditional logic because we don't know exactly how many routines each team will be bringing to the events.

My goal is, at the end, everything will be calculated based on a field they fill out for number or participants in Routine #1, #2, etc. (this will be a drop down menu field).

At the very end of the form, can I set up conditional logic to calculate EACH field where they have entered in that number of dancers for that specific routine?

If so, are there any tricks I need to know?

Thanks - I hope this makes sense.

Here's the form (I haven't added the quantity drop down menu yet or the Total Quantity at the check out section):

  2. I took a look at your form and it looks like you've got this working?

  3. Yeah, I ended up using the product and quantity field instead of the conditional logic. What I LOVE about that is that, with the Total Field, it calculates and pulls it all together!

Gravity Forms is AWESOME! I'm really happy I found this awesome set of plugins and will be writing some reviews of your service shortly!
