After importing forms to new site merge codes no longer display field values

Hi everyone, and thanks in advance for any help you can offer. I've just finished some complex forms on a dev site and exported them, then imported them into the production site. On the last page of each form I have a "review" page that displays all of the entered data. The newly imported forms no longer display the data but instead display the unparsed merge codes instead.

I have tried inserting the {all_fields} and other examples that I pulled from the notifications area dropdown (to ensure they had the right syntax) and nothing works.

One item of note is that the dev site is currently running 1.6 and the production site is at 1.7. Not sure if this makes a difference

I've tried everything I can think of including scouring this forum and haven't found anything that has resolved the issue.

Any idea what this might be?

The pre-submission confirmation uses functions that should have been added to your theme's functions.php file. Did you add these to your other site as well?
