After submit the form doesn't show any action (redirect), but it sends anyway.

  1. Hi there,

I've got 5 forms in this website and just one of them after submitting the form doesn't show any action/redirect to the confirmation page, but it sends anyway.
    Please help!

    All best:)

  2. Please post a link to a page containing a form so that we can take a look and see if we can see what is going on. We may need additional information after that such as admin access but we can start with just a link to a page containing a form so we can take a look.

  4. I am having a similar problem. On submit, the form sends as it should. But on redirect a '?' gets appended to the URL often the result page doesn't show. It's an oddly inconsistent problem. The '?' seems to show up consistently.. and the landing page doesn't not show up consistently.

I've deactivated all the plugins and then put them back one at a time. I don't have a big list of plugins (just 7) They're up to date. I have about 30 different forms.

    Here's the link to a form: http://www.adhdcoaches.org/?p=2658

    Thanks

  5. @bruno I noticed you have AJAX enabled on that form. Try testing without AJAX enabled and let me know if the form submits properly.

@kerchmcc I wasn't able to replicate this issue. The ? may be because you have enabled query string redirect options in your form confirmation. I submitted a form on that page and everything worked just fine. Your issue isn't the same as @bruno's above so please create your own support forum post for questions about this issue.

  7. @bruno This is most likely some sort of javascript conflict with your theme or another plugin then. Which is why the AJAX isn't working properly. Good to know it works without. If you need to get AJAX working then you may need to check for plugin and theme conflicts.
