After Update: Cannot edit or modify forms, but can delete items in form

    Hi,

I'm having problems with my gf. I'm not able to EDIT existing items (checkbox, dropdown, etc) in a form. I can add items and delete items. However, when I delete items the items are permanently deleted even though I have not press the UPDATE form button.

This is beyond me and would love for some help! Thanks in advance.

Can you try our normal troubleshooting steps to see if there is a theme/plugin conflict?

Thanks for the tip. I did the plugin conflict test and found that the WordPress SEO by Joost de Valk is the culprit. The version number for the SEO plugin is 1.3.4.1.

  6. What do I do if I find that the Gravity Forms is in conflict with my Woo-Theme template? I followed the troubleshooting steps as suggested above and found that Gravity Forms works with it switched to theme TWENTY ELEVEN. My theme template comes from Tokokoo, theme is called ROXX.

OK, never mind, I finally figured it out, I went to SETTINGS under the FORMS tab: then I filled in the OFF bubble for the following "Set this to On to prevent extraneous scripts and styles from being printed on Gravity Forms admin pages, reducing conflicts with other plugins and themes." - I previously had set it to ON thinking it would reduce conflict; however it only caused me the conflict.

Hope this helps with other customers who might have similar problems.
